Insurance Information

Insurance requirements

Before the property goes live, Viberent Stays requires proof of appropriate short-term rental insurance or commercial liability coverage, with Viberent Stays LLC listed as an additional insured. We generally require at least $1,000,000 in commercial liability coverage.

Tax Information
